About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a part-time Business Administrator working 30 hours per this critical support role you will assist our financial and pricing leadershipincluding the VP of Finance and the Director of Pricing and Profitabilityin maintaining data accuracy and streamlining our asset management processes. Your daily administrative efforts will directly support revenue optimization resolve historical discrepancies and help improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Reconciliation & Data Integrity
Legacy Data Cleanup: Execute a comprehensive cleanup of legacy cylinder balances actively investigating and resolving historical discrepancies to stabilize the asset base.
Financial Project Support: Provide administrative and data support to the VP of Finance for critical Accounts Receivable (AR) initiatives and complex cylinder reconciliation projects.
Revenue & Pricing Support
Lease Portfolio Audit & Recovery: Evaluate zero-dollar lease accounts to help identify revenue gaps modernize outdated contract terms and ensure all active assets are accurately recorded.
Pricing Architecture & Integrity: Conduct audits of existing pricing records within SAP to identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies.
Rent Exemption Management: Manage and validate regional rent exemptions. This is a collaborative effort requiring coordination with the Director of Pricing and Profitability and regional field teams.
CPS Team Assistance: Provide administrative assistance to the Contract Price Services (CPS) team as needed to maintain pricing continuity.
Customer Experience & Process Improvement
CES Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing high-impact data drivers behind negative Customer Experience (CES) scores collaborating with the field to implement effective administrative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in a business administration operational support or data management role.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (specifically Excel Word and PowerPoint) for reporting and daily operations.
ERP Systems: Experience working within SAP is highly preferred to successfully navigate pricing records and legacy data.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data integrity and accuracy with the ability to comfortably navigate datasets and identify historical discrepancies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams and management.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a 30-hour work week.
