We are seeking a Division Director for our Central Pharmacy. The Central Pharmacy Division provides sterile and non-sterile compounding distribution of controlled substances 24-hour unit-dose-cart fill and automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) supply and replenishment. This area prepares and distributes approximately 1900 cart fill doses/day and approximately 400 patient-specific sterile compounds a day. Various automation technology is used to support these workflows. This role will oversee the management of 90 total FTEs including pharmacy technicians pharmacists operations managers and pharmacy technician supervisors.

Salary Range: Minimum 134805.00/annually - Maximum 235934.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
