What youll do:
- Support the Manager with daily tasks and office operations
- Prepare staff contracts payroll and invoicing
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
- Assist with business development via calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration
What were looking for:
- Confident polite and professional on the phone
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
