The DNE Regional Recruitment team works collaboratively with Service Managers to identify vacancies and fill posts across all service areas in the HSE including in both Hospitals and the Community. The recruitment team is responsible for all elements of the recruitment process and must ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant legislation the recruitment licences and policies throughout.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in a HR function in a role that has involved a variety of HR related duties.
- Experience working in recruitment & pre-clearance process
- Experience of HR systems & tracking
- Knowledge of policies and procedures relevant to the role (HR legislation Codes of Practice and the CPSA guidelines (Commission of Public Sector Appointments)
