The Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Business Intelligence Manager is a strategic partner of the commercial teams who is responsible for ensuring that proper resources are allocated to the right customers aligned with the business strategy.
The Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for recommending the ideal field force structure that supports key strategic direction based on a robust profiling segmentation and targeting exercise.
This role will design rewards programs and incentive schemes that follow key guiding principles focusing on a balance between sales and non-sales KPIs that are tracked on a regular basis using automation tools (SFA) and dashboards to aid in decision making.
The key success factor for this role is the ability to collaborate and forge partnership across the different levels of the commercial teams through effective communication and stakeholder management with a good understanding of various go-to-market models. The role is also expected to have strong data management & analytics expertise including sales force automation (SFA) having ability to translate data into insights that can be of value to the stakeholders.
