As a Client Service Account Manager within our Trade and Working Capital team youll build strong relationships deliver tailored solutions and uphold the esteemed standards of JPMorganChase. Service is delivered in a team-based model across the US Latin America Europe the Middle East and Asia.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding changes and complex trade transactions.
- Advise clients and internal partners on trade products including Letters of Credit.
- Resolve client requests independently and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Manage transaction service queues and coordinate with various bank teams for resolution.
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure client satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and training to team members based on trade product expertise.
- Participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Trade Sales Officers.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
