Responsibilities
- Financial and accounting duties (bank reconciliations financial reports cash management and expense control)
- Administrative management (supervise office staff maintain organized records handle supply inventory office policies and procedures)
- Automotive specific tasks (process vehicle deals ensure compliance with DMV/state regulations coordinate with sales service and parts departments)
- Ensure accurate financial information and other tasks associated with dealership accounting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive accounting experience preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employees
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
