Job Summary

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee relations
  • Maintain and update employee records policies and documentation
  • Process payroll invoices and expense reports accurately and on time
  • Prepare manage and reconcile financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Track budgets payments and financial transactions
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Generate reports for management on finance performance
  • Support organizational planning and operational improvements




Requirements

Qualifications Required & Experience

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Proactive detail-oriented and solution-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
