The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administration team performance student engagement and overall centre profitability.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration -
Manage all administrative activities including documentation file management receipt issuance and fee collection

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain discipline
Student & Parent Management -
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents

Handle queries concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently

Ensure a positive and supportive environment for students
Batch & Resource Management Sales & Business Development -
Take complete ownership of achieving centre sales targets

Supervise walk-in inquiries and guide the team toward successful conversions

Monitor lead management and closure processes
Team Management & Training -
Lead mentor and manage the centre team

Conduct regular product and sales training sessions
-
Enhance team performance through continuous coaching and supervision
Overall Centre Management Preferred Candidate Profile -
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management Commerce or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in education institutes coaching centres or service-based organizations

Strong background in sales counselling and target-driven roles
Core Competencies -
Strong administrative and operational management skills

Excellent leadership and people management abilities

Sound knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion

Ability to handle students and parents with empathy and professionalism
