Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on/ customer facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in SSJS tracking/logging subscriber management and reporting. This role will support enterprise marketing operations support project teams perform peer reviews recommend scalable solutions and enforce a thorough governance and review process for all Journeys before go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain solutions to capture and report 3b 4 years of tracking history (email/SMS engagement Napp messaging mobile push opt-ins/outs sends).
- Develop SSJS-based logging auditing archiving and monitoring frameworks.
- Build reports and dashboards using Marketing Cloud Intelligence and SQL-based reporting.
- Manage Subscriber/Contact data consent tracking and archival strategies.
- Implement proactive monitoring for automations sends and data pipelines.
- Conduct peer reviews with developers and propose best-fit enterprise solutions.
- Lead a structured Journey review and release process (validation QA governance go-live approval).

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio Automation Studio Journey Builder Contact Builder Data Views)
- Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
- Advanced SQL and APIs
- Reporting & dashboard development
- Experience with logging and audit frameworks
Certifications & Profile Requirements
- Minimum 2 Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required
- Must provide Trailhead profile URL with completed badges and certifications
- Marketing Cloud Intelligence or Data Cloud certifications are a plus
Preferred
- Experience in enterprise multi - business unit environments
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence
- Experience with external data warehouses
