Salesforce Testing Lead

As the Salesforce Testing Lead you will be responsible for driving comprehensive testing excellence across all Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Youll spearhead both functional and automated testing initiatives lead the adoption of advanced testing platforms like TOSCA and champion the transformation of our organizations testing processes to ensure robust scalable and efficient quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive functional and automated testing strategies for Salesforce projects across multiple clouds (Sales Service Marketing Commerce)
- Lead the implementation and optimization of testing platform for Salesforce automation such as Provar Tricentis Tosca Accelq etc.
- Design build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using TOSCA Selenium and other industry-leading tools
- Revamp and standardize the organizations testing processes methodologies and best practices
- Lead and mentor the QA testing team in advanced testing techniques and automation practices
- Establish and maintain test data management strategies and synthetic data creation processes
- Conduct thorough functional testing including regression integration user acceptance and performance testing
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure testability and quality are built into
- Solutions from design phase Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation test cases and testing standards
- Provide testing expertise during Salesforce releases deployments and system upgrades.
- Drive quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Background:
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce testing with deep expertise in functional and automated testing
- Proven experience with TOSCA platform implementation configuration and test script development(or similar tool)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model security workflows and integration patterns
- Extensive experience with automated testing tools (Selenium Provar Copado Robotic Testing TestComplete)
- Strong background in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (JavaScriptPython Java)Experience with API testing tools (Postman REST Assured SoapUI)
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum testing methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins Azure DevOps GitLab CI/CD)Knowledge of performance testing tools (LoadRunner JMeter) for Salesforce applications
