Job Title: Test Automation
Position: STE/TL
Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Employment Type: Full Time
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and execute manual and automated test cases
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python (Robot Framework)
Identify log and track defects through resolution
Perform data validation using SQL queries
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements
Participate in test planning estimation and reporting
Ensure quality and stability of applications across releases

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in test case creation test execution and defect management
Hands-on experience in test automation using Python with Robot Framework
Solid knowledge of Python scripting
Good working experience with SQL (writing queries data validation)
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and bug tracking tools
Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios

Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Big Data testing
Experience working with DataStage or similar ETL tools
Knowledge of data validation and data pipeline testing
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
