Senior QA Automation Engineer

Position Description:

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Bombay/Bangalore/Chennai

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise /C# hands-on experience with the ReqnRoll framework and proficiency in AI-powered testing approaches. The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer who can drive automation initiatives enhance frameworks and mentor junior team members while remaining hands-on.
Key Responsibilities

. Design develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks /C#
. Experience integrating ReqnRoll framework with Selenium WebDriver test frameworks
. Apply AI-driven testing techniques to improve defect detection predictive analysis and automation efficiency
. Collaborate with developers product managers and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
. Identify test scenarios and build robust automated test suites
. Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and drive defect resolution
. Continuously improve automation coverage performance and reliability using AI insights
. Act as a technical anchor for QA automation within the team
. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers
. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Strong experience in QA automation and C#
. Hands-on expertise with the ReqnRoll framework
. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
. Experience with API testing and UI automation tools
. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jenkins etc.)
. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in designing or enhancing automation frameworks with AI-driven enhancements
. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
. Leadership or mentoring experience
. Strong communication and collaboration skills
