Location: Fort Walton Beach FL
Schedule: Full-Time Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Incentives
- Hourly Rate: $29.04 (Min) $34.32 (Mid/10 yrs) $39.60 (Max/15 yrs)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15000 (Night Shift)
- Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights) $1.50/hr (Specialty)
- Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity fast-paced critical care environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment the ability to manage complex patient conditions and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are proactive collaborative and thrive in dynamic clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring
- Perform detailed patient assessments and respond rapidly to clinical changes
- Manage advanced treatment protocols including ventilators and vasoactive medications
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ICU ER or CVICU preferred)
- PCU/IMCU experience considered with 2 years
- Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure:
- Active RN license (or compact/multistate license)
- Certifications:
- BLS and ACLS required (ACLS within 6 months if not current)
- TNCC and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
- CCRN preferred
