Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop enhance and support ABAP applications in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Design and build OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
Develop modern applications using RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
Ensure alignment with Clean Core principles by minimizing system modifications and following extensibility best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Work with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) services where applicable-such as extensions integrations and event-driven architectures.
Perform code reviews optimize performance and ensure adherence to SAP development guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development testing and production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

6 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA environment.
Hands-on experience with:
- OData Services (design build deployment)
- RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
- Core ABAP (Reports Interfaces Enhancements Forms Conversions Workflows CDS Views AMDP)
Experience in Clean Core development methodologies.
Good understanding of SAP BTP capabilities extensions and integrations (value add).
Experience working in Agile environments with proper documentation and version control.
Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to Fiori/UI5 application development or integration.
Knowledge of Integration Suite event mesh or cloud-based extensibility.
SAP certification(s) in ABAP S/4HANA or BTP.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
