Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Andover OH for a Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations within the pharmacy including supervising pharmacy technicians managing inventory and prescriptions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will provide immunizations consult with healthcare providers and develop strategies to optimize pharmacy services while delivering superior patient support and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in pharmacy operations pharmacy practice and knowledge of prescriptions
Experience in managing and collaborating with pharmacy technicians
Certification in immunization administration
Strong attention to detail organizational and leadership skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care
A current and valid pharmacist license is required
