Job Summary

Bachelors Degree in Construction Sciences preferred and a minimum of 5 years estimating experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
Knowledge of building construction materials systems and market conditions. Experience in commercial construction conceptual estimating negotiated and hard bids.
Experience with Timberline or equivalent estimating software.
LEED accredited and BIM experience a plus.
