Job Summary

Overview

An established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and a focus on quality timelines and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning execution and financial performance of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee all aspects of project execution including contracts subcontracts and procurement.
Develop and manage project budgets ensuring financial performance and profitability.
Prepare and maintain accurate project cost forecasts and financial reports.
Create and manage project schedules including tracking milestones and critical paths.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment within budget and schedule constraints.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and oversee documentation processes.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and conduct site inspections as required.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
Manage change orders including cost estimation negotiation and resolution.
Oversee billing processes including Schedule of Values (SOV) and payment applications.
Coordinate project closeout activities including documentation warranties and final reporting.
Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients stakeholders and vendors.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes budgeting scheduling and cost control.
Experience with project management and construction software tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
