Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will lead research project management and solution design to ensure our technology lifecycle aligns with business goals. This role is highly collaborative requiring close coordination with stakeholders to drive process improvements and deliver value through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Participate in product vision development and evaluate processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements Management: Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear epics stories and technical documentation.
Agile Leadership: Drive backlog refinement and apply Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-value solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as an integrated member of business teams managing expectations and prioritizing product needs.
Operations & Support: Serve as an escalation point for support activities and maintain accurate reporting/records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management solution design or business analysis.
Strong background in Agile development and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical needs for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex processes and design efficient scalable improvements.
Valid drivers license (local travel required)
