About the Role
The Attorney will provide counsel across a range of matters ensuring the organization operates with confidence compliance and consistency. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with leadership operational teams and external partners to support decision making mitigate risk and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on operational regulatory and contractual matters
- Draft review and negotiate agreements policies and related documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear actionable summaries
- Support compliance initiatives and risk management activities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements
- Manage outside counsel when specialized expertise is required
- Maintain organized audit ready documentation and workflows
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- 2 to 7 years of relevant legal experience (in house or law firm)
- Strong drafting issue spotting and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and precision
- Professional judgment discretion and a solutions oriented mindset
