Job Summary

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: New Freedom PA

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities

  • Research existing product designs to identify redundant components and streamline electrical designs.
  • Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to find opportunities for part commonization and optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Conduct simulations to assess feasibility of component changes or substitutions.
  • Actively support testing of 3-phase systems perform troubleshooting and collaborate with senior engineers when needed.
  • Document designs simulations testing procedures and results thoroughly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the design and validation lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of basic electrical engineering principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components circuits and system behavior.
  • Ability to read interpret and analyze technical drawings and BOMs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn adapt and contribute in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting (circuit-level and system-level).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience using circuit simulation tools such as SPICE or Saber for validating design changes and substitutions.
