As we continue to expand we are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Position Overview
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operational activities ensuring smooth execution across teams and supporting the companys growth through efficient systems and processes. This role focuses on execution coordination and continuous improvement of internal workflows.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and execution-focusedsomeone who can manage multiple priorities improve processes and ensure operational consistency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operational activities across sales marketing and client delivery teams.
Support the implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are being met.
Assist in building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal workflows.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
Manage operational tools software platforms and internal systems.
Ensure quality control and consistency in service delivery.
Support leadership with reporting planning and operational analysis.
Assist in maintaining accountability and performance across teams.
