We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. This role will work closely with our global HR teams to support data reporting analysis and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills good communication and a passion for working with data to drive meaningful HR insights.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Data Analytics Statistics or related field.
Skills & Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR analytics HR operations or similar data-focused roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables lookups basic formulas).Experience or familiarity with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Collect clean and maintain HR data from multiple sources including HRIS ATS payroll and employee records.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for global and local HR HR metrics and analytics such as headcount attrition hiring trends performance compensation and workforce planning.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven in automating reports and improving data processes for increased efficiency.
- Support key HR projects involving data analysis audits policy updates and compliance confidentiality and follow data governance best practices.
