Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide strategic leadership for large-scale EdTech and education system reform programs across multiple states
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government partners funders academic institutions and internal leadership
- Ensure alignment between program objectives funder expectations state priorities and organisational strategy
- Lead monthly and quarterly governance and review meetings with partners and senior stakeholders
Program Governance Delivery & Accountability
- Establish governance rhythms including weekly reviews cross-functional check-ins and structured review mechanisms
- Maintain program health through milestone tracking dashboards and risk management frameworks
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and unblock delivery challenges in coordination with functional leadership
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risks delays and implementation issues
Strategic Planning & System Alignment
- Shape long-term program roadmap including readiness planning scale pathways and state-level expansion
- Identify policy administrative and operational requirements for sustainable integration into state systems
- Align program strategy with national and state education priorities including ICT policies and digital pedagogy
- Support institutionalisation of programs within government systems
Insights Reporting & Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with data and implementation teams to interpret performance insights and program evidence
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for partners and internal teams
- Lead development and quality assurance of reports presentations dashboards and MoU deliverables
- Manage partner coordination communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- 810 years of experience in strategic partnerships program leadership or fundraising in the development EdTech or impact sector
- Proven experience working with governments foundations CSR teams or large NGOs
- Strong communication stakeholder management and program leadership skills
- Ability to operate across strategy and execution in complex multi-state environments
- Deep passion for education equity and technology-led transformation
