10 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- ITSM
Experience building:
- Security workflows
- Playbooks
- Automated remediation logic
Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools (not limited to the below):
- Splunk
- Microsoft Sentinel Sentinel Data Lake
- Tenable
- AWS Security Lake
Good understanding of security incident & vulnerability lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize SIR & VR modules including workflows playbooks and enrichments.
Build and maintain integrations with SIEM EDR and vulnerability scanners and other 3rd party integrations.
Configure and enhance ITSM modules using scripts business rules UI policies and dashboards.
Work closely with SOC analysts Security Analytics threat intelligence and vulnerability management teams.
Ensure platform performance documentation and ServiceNow best practices.
Run workshops to clarify needs write user stories and translate process into practical configuration.
Harden delivery with testing documentation and handover that sticks in operations.
Guide the roadmap: advise on platform governance architecture and incremental

value delivery.
