Job Title - CRM Functional OR Architect / D365 FO Rollout Solution Architect

Experience - 7- 15 Years

Location - Pan India

Notice - Immediate to 30 Days

CRM Functional:-

Exp.- 7 Years

1. Deep Functional Expertise in

• 1. Dynamics 365 Sales
  2. Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  3. Dynamics 365 Contact Center
  4. Dynamics 365 Project Operations- different deployment types and industry applicability.
  5. Dynamics Field Service
  6. Dynamics 365 CI- Data and Journeys
  7. Power Apps/ Power automate / AI builder
  8. Copilot Studio Apps - Solutioning
  9. Co-pilot - Embedded Apps
  10. Integrating Customer voice in various scenarios.
  11. Migration scenarios- PSA to PO CI- Outbound journeys to Real time marketing.
• Experience of being a custodian of Functional Demo environments and delivering Demos
• Engage with Project/ SMU / Domain teams in building Solutions specific to use cases
• Ability to engage business stakeholders for - Requirement gathering/ Problem solving while delivering Demonstrations
• Hands-on in building Solutions ; engage developers to customize / extend / integrate .
• Ability to work with ambiguous situations
• Good POV in specific scenarios/ Industry use cases
• Ability to Support Pre-sales in pro-active pursuits -minimum of 7-8 years of experience being in GTM situations.
• Enterprise Landscape appreciation.
• Advisory capability in Microsoft Licensing models for Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
• Minimum of 2 Full cycle implementation of CE Apps.

Nice to Have:

• CRM platform certifications (Dynamics 365 / Salesforce).
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.

CRM Architect:- Enterprise Experience Large GCC Accenture Complex landscapes Implementations Azure Large SI worked experience Different stakeholders.

Exp. - 10 Years

• Strong experience as a CRM Architectin enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven experience working in Large GCCsand System Integrators (e.g. Accenture).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms(such as Dynamics 365 Salesforce or similar).
• Expertise in handling complex CRM landscapesand large-scale implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure(integration services cloud architecture).
• Strong understanding of system integrations data migration and APIs.
• Ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholdersacross business and IT.
• Experience leading or supporting large CRM transformation programs.

D365 FO Rollout Solution Architect:-

Exp. 10 Years

• Experienced Dynamics 365 architect hands-on in utilizing Azure components for Integration and extension scenarios.
• Expert level in either Dynamics 365 CE Apps or Dynamics 365 Finance Supply Chain- Functional expertise.
• Platform extension experience using either of Power apps /X/ Azure iPAAS/ C#.net custom apps.
• Experienced in Copilot Studio Solution Design and delivery for real world scenarios.
• Experienced in deploying some of the following in real world scenarios - Azure Cognitive Service Azure AI Search Document intelligence content understanding Vision Voice Language Speech and other Azure AI Foundry tools
• Appreciation of different LLMs and purpose of deployment for various business scenarios.
• Custom AI solutions development and deployment experience on top of Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.

Qualifications:

• 10 years in Dynamics AX / D365FO; 5 years leading global rollouts.
• Expertise in Finance Supply Chain Retail modules and localizations.
• Strong skills in solution architecture integrations and global stakeholder management.
• Microsoft certifications preferred (Finance SCM or Solution Architect Expert).
