Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
Tasks & Responsibilities
Design development and expansion of OData-based services in the MDG-M environment
oExtension implementations
Integration of external systems (VAULT Open PDM other engineering systems) into SAP MDG-M
Analysis processing and harmonization of material master data
Implementation of REST APIs for system communication
Close cooperation with specialist departments architecture and related IT teams
Support with testing error analysis and optimization in the MDG-M context

Experience :
Mandatory/requires Skills :
SAP MDG
Proven hands-on experience as an SAP MDG Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
Deep knowledge of SAP MDG architecture configuration and implementation methodology.
Strong understanding of MDG workflow configuration and change request management.
RAP or OData
Solid experience with RAP/OData service development and consumption within an SAP landscape.
Proficiency in SAP Gateway REST APIs and integration patterns using OData protocols.
Preferred Skills :
Additional Information :
Technical requirements/skills
Very good knowledge of SAP MDG-M (in-depth understanding of data models processes and governance)
Experience with OData services (design implementation extension)
Knowledge of working with REST APIs
Experience in connecting external systems and middleware scenarios
Understanding of engineering and PDM system landscapes is an advantage
