Job Summary
We are looking for someone who will identify the High value business opportunities in the form of strategic Alliances In-licensing opportunities for novel assets/NCEs Acquisition Targets (Brands or portfolio of brands) order to accelerate the organisation growth and strengthen its market position.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible to identify and pursue external growth drivers such as strategic alliances in-licensing opportunities and strategic acquisitions to accelerate organisations growth and enhance its market position.
You will be responsible to identify potential alliance targets and initiate relationships through direct meetings securing internal alignment for the alliances scope and structure.
You will be responsible to collaborate with internal teams for due diligence negotiate and finalize agreements and oversee the execution plan to ensure the success of the alliance and access to unique product portfolios.
You will be responsible to represent the organisation in global forums identifying and assessing potential novel products through KOL meetings conducting financial and patient modelling and negotiating agreements for successful launch and regulatory approval.
You will be responsible to identify opportunities for significant business advancement gain top management approval conduct due diligence assess risks and negotiate agreements to facilitate successful integration and drive substantial growth in top-line revenue and brand portfolio expansion.
Education Qualification - Bpharma/MBBS/Post Graduate and MBA/ from Premium Institute
Minimum experience required-7-12 years in Strategic Planning and Business Development

Strong understanding of Branded Formulations Market in India and the Therapy Areas
Good understanding of concepts of financial modelling Regulatory Quality Medical Commercial and Supply chain
Excellent oral/written communication and articulation skills.
