Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Tech Lead
We are looking for seasoned and experienced candidate in the field of Information and Technology with hands-on experience in leading technology solution primarily in the field of AWS Cloud and Amazon this role you will be required to lead the technology team You will be responsible to oversees the technical aspects of technology team by making architectural and design decisions guiding team members in technical matters and supervising system modifications.
Responsibilities
Expertise in solutions architecture or equivalent experience
Experience as a Technical architect for at least 6 cloud migration projects involving cloud native development with multi-A-Z architecture and Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience architecting solution built on AWS services specifically Amazon Connect Amazon Lex AWS Lambda RDS and other services such as Amazon Translate etc.
Expertise in architecting and owning technical delivery of critical apps from on prem to cloud.
Expertise in Cloud native architectures REST API based application integrations.
Experience in Amazon Connect implementation from scratch with IVR integrations with 3rd Party systems like Pega / ServiceNow / Salesforce
Experience in architecting Amazon Connect migration solution from on prem contact center solution.
Experience in gathering requirements and architecting secure scalable solutions on Amazon Connect
Expertise within cloud and contact center technologies e.g. Voice IVR WFM CRM Unified Communications Data & Analytics software development.
Expertise in integrating cloud contact center applications with 3rd party applications.
Excellent communication skills in English (Orals Written and Listening)
Expertise in technical design documentation and reviewing the same.
AWS certified solution architect and developer certification preferable
Experience in handling team of architects developers admins etc.
Proven ability to lead projects with complex challenges with extensible operationally excellent cost optimized and aligned solutions outcomes.
Ability to lead a team or small organization-wide initiative with business objectives that are partially defined.
Able to effectively communicate across an increasing diversity of audiences internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to determine solution strategy and where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome.
Ability to influence customer and internal business decision makers as a thought leader and subject matter expert.

BE/BTECH/MCA
Must have proven record of service improvements and excellent customer relationship management.

Amazon Connect: Business and Technical accreditation.
Amazon Connect Experience
Mandatory Amazon Connect Migration and implementation experience
Contact Flow /IVR tree Amazon Connect service quota optimization.
Experience using Customer Profile Tasks Wisdom and Contact Lens for business scenario.
