Role Overview and nbsp;

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the codebase and work closely with developers to and nbsp;maintain and nbsp;code quality technical standards and long-term system stability. and nbsp;

This role and nbsp;requires relocation to Finland. and nbsp;

Mandatory Technical Skills and nbsp;

You must be technically strong in and nbsp;React and nbsp;ReduxSaga C#.NET SQL and Azure with the ability to guide developers review code and ensure the longterm maintainability of the system. and nbsp;

Key Responsibilities and nbsp;

1. Product Ownership and nbsp;

Define and explain the product vision and requirements to the development team. and nbsp;
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical needs. and nbsp;
Create user stories acceptance criteria and refine requirements with developers. and nbsp;
Collect feedback make data-based improvements and support product discovery. and nbsp;
Coordinate feature releases and track progress using KPIs. and nbsp;

2. Code and amp; Technical Ownership and nbsp;

Work closely with developers to ensure decisions follow scalable and secure architecture. and nbsp;
Take ownership of key codebase modules and ensure long-term maintainability. and nbsp;
Maintain high code quality proper documentation and and nbsp;monitor and nbsp;technical debt. and nbsp;
Ensure clear ownership of components services and modules. and nbsp;
Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to balance new features and refactoring. and nbsp;
Support coding standards testing practices and deployment of readiness. and nbsp;
Review design proposals early and nbsp;identify and nbsp;risks and guide technical decisions. and nbsp;
Ensure product changes do not affect performance security or reliability. and nbsp;

Required Skills and amp; Experience and nbsp; and nbsp;

Minimum and nbsp;1 year and nbsp;as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role. and nbsp;
Good understanding of and nbsp;SDLC and nbsp;and and nbsp;Agile/Scrum. and nbsp;
Able to read and understand code and work with engineering teams. and nbsp;
Strong communication prioritization and problemsolving skills. and nbsp;
Familiar with and nbsp;Git and nbsp;CI/CD and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. and nbsp;
