Role Overview

You will be part of an Application Support teamresponsible for maintaining and improving production environments withinthe ALMT (Treasury & Risk) domain.

This role requires a strong combination of technicalexpertise functional understanding and client interactionacting as a key point of contact for users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Incident Management

• Provide functional and technical support to Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) users
• Perform first-level incident analysis and troubleshooting
• Design workarounds and solutions to minimize business impact
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for user-related topics

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve transversal issues
• Ensure clear communication of incidents progress and resolutions
• Maintain high service levels and responsiveness

Business & Continuous Improvement

• Develop strong understanding of ALMT Risk Management and Treasury processes
• Continuously improve functional knowledge and support quality
• Contribute to process optimization and incident reduction

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with SQL Server (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Oracle and Sybase
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Kibana Grafana)
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Understanding of financial products (Derivatives Money Market)
