Job Summary

Koniag Professional Solutions a Koniag Government Services company is seeking Principal Acquisition Analyst with a Top-Secret security clearance to support our government customer at Fort Meade MD. This person will be primarily responsible for leading and guiding the team toward successful product delivery. We are looking for someone who is proactive in fostering a collaborative and iterative environment and embraces continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to work closely with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:Engage with key stakeholders to capture business needs objectives challenges and drive requirements development planning and analysis to enhance operation capabilityFacilitate working level cross-functional team meetings providing minutes and other relevant artifactsElicit document and analyze business and system requirements for projects and and interpret requirements to ensure they are clear consistent and and elicit requirements from various stakeholders in accurately creating presentations for senior level decision-making. Proactively identify and resolve impediments and and maintain clear and concise requirements and describe high level conceptual views. Communicate requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical with key stakeholders to validate and prioritize funding strategy conversations with stakeholders and help identify cost technical and analytical research and develop white papers Review requirement submissions for compliance with established process and Qualifications:Ability to translate business needs into technical analytical and problem-solving to work independently and as part of a understanding of the DoW acquisitions with developing documentation reviewing and validating capability requirements across the communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with both technical and non-technical understanding of software development lifecycle processes and in requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality to prioritize and manage multiple projects in requirements management organization skills and focus on accuracy and written and verbal communication and Experience:7- 10 years of experience as a Requirements AnalystBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
