Principle Responsibilities
- Participates in developing the organizations HR strategic plans and programs for talent acquisition.
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies as those items affect employee attraction motivation development and retention.
- Working with the VP HR designs and implements programs devised to maximize return on recruiting investment to increase the cost-effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Drive meaningful relationships partnerships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders peers vendors suppliers and executive leaders
- Oversees candidate screening and scheduling of in-person interviews
- Ensures compliance with processes and procedures for position approval reference checks drug screening and background checks.
- Keeps abreast of market conditions for talent acquisition and advises on the best approach for attracting and retaining key talent
- Compiles appropriate statistical reports to measure HR effectiveness regarding staffing and talent acquisition.
- Manage site recruitment and retention activities including selection and administration of temporary services.
- Provides technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resource discipline regarding talent acquisition.
- Ensures proper documentation of positions in job description format.
- Coaches develops and inspires staff to maximize their potential.

Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. SPHR or related certification preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least two years focusing on Talent Acquisition in a managerial or corporate office role.
- Excellent leadership skills including project planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- This position may require some travel.
The posted salary range for this position is $76000 to $93000 annually plus bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidates skills experience and qualifications.
