Role Overview

You will be part of the Endpoint Monitoring Product Teamworking with advanced monitoring platforms (Nexthink Infinity) todeliver insights automation and performance optimization acrossthousands of endpoints.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about endpointmanagement scripting data analysis and large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and operate the Nexthink Infinity platform (configuration metrics dashboards)
• Design and build dashboards reports and monitoring solutions
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell & Bash) deployed at scale
• Use and manage APIs for data extraction and automation workflows
• Work in Agile environments (Jira sprints) contributing to continuous improvement
• Support L1L3 teams and business entities in monitoring use cases and troubleshooting
• Ensure code quality security and scalability in all deployed scripts

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Endpoint Management (Intune Azure AD Windows 10/11)
• Experience with monitoring platforms (Nexthink preferred or similar tools)
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash
• Experience with APIs data handling and GitHub-based workflows
• Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) or willingness to learn
• Understanding of support models (L1L3)
