About the Position

Dexis Professional Services seeks aTask Order Managerto support an upcoming programwith the Department of State in the BureauofEuropean andEurasiaandCentralAsia. The position will be based inArlington Virginiaand is contingent upon award.

This upcoming project willstrengthen oversight and enable evidence-based decision making for foreign assistance programsprimarilybysupportingproject designs developing and supporting outcome indicatorsestablishing performance monitoring systems including robust Third-Party Monitoring (TPM)forassistanceprojects planning and implementing independent external evaluations andreporting on the use of evaluation findings conclusions and recommendations

EUR/ACE housed within the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR) oversees foreignassistanceacross Europe Eurasia and Central Asia. EUR/ACE works closely with the Bureau ofSouth and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) and other bureaus and agencies to coordinateassistanceensuring that programming is cohesive strategically aligned and responsive to regional implemented through projects managed by the Department of State (DoS) andother U.S. Government agencies international organizations and nongovernmentalorganizations enabling a wholeofgovernment approach to delivery and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all task orderlevel activities including evaluation design execution and team performance
• Set expectations and guide overall team execution and priorities
• Organize and lead planning coordination and status meetings
• Serve as primary point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders
• Oversee deliverables to ensure timeliness quality and compliance
• Provide quality control oversight and ensure integrity and consistency of evaluation processes and outputs
• Ensure methodological rigor and comparability of findings across activities
• Monitor performance and address risks and issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in foreign assistance
• Demonstrated experience managing $5M contracts and teams of 10 personnel
• Masters degree in international development or related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior USG experience
• Prior regional experience
