Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the daily operations of both the service and parts departments
Manage repair order workflow and parts availability to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Effectively schedule service work and coordinate with parts to support technician productivity
Maintain and manage parts inventory with accuracy and efficiency
Establish pricing guidelines to meet departmental revenue goals
Develop and implement marketing merchandising and customer outreach initiatives
Monitor departmental performance and achieve business objectives aligned with company goals
Maintain a strong customer service culture that drives satisfaction and repeat business
Lead coach and mentor team members to promote a positive and high-performing work environment
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to keep departments running smoothly
Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership success
What You Bring to the Team:
A background in agriculture or agricultural equipment
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced seasonal environment
A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
Confidence working with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly
A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
