Responsibilities

• Arrive at the property in uniform at the scheduled time.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Constantly check drink quality consistency and presentation.
• Be familiar with all beverage-related procedures and equipment.
• Create specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies.
• Know and adhere all emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Clean glasses utensils bar equipment bar area work areas and tables.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Service oriented must have a professional attitude you will be dealing with high-end customers.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and responsible serving policies.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails wines and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bartending license (if required).
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
