***PT MUST HAVE OASIS HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE EXPERIENCE AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TRAVELING FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT FOR HOME VISITS AND MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND ADJUST TO CHANGES TO SCHEDULE*** ***EMR system is HealthWyse. Outpatient care. M-F 8-5 with holiday coverage as needed. **Facility does their own Background check as well**
