We offer a competitive salary range of $120000 - $140000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily culinary operations and kitchen management
Develop and implement innovative menu concepts
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality standards
Manage inventory and purchasing of culinary supplies
Collaborate with management to set culinary goals and budgets
Continuously evaluate and improve food quality and presentation
Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary management role is preferred
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in inventory management and cost control
