Role Overview
You will play a key role in Application ProductionSupport handling incidents service requests and monitoring activitieswhile contributing to continuous service improvement in a dynamic andcritical environment.
This role involves shift work and on-call rotationssupporting business-critical applications in the Wealth Management domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Application Production Support for data platform applications and tools
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests with strong SLAs
- Analyze system middleware and application logs to identify root causes
- Ensure service monitoring reporting and availability
- Collaborate with business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives automation and problem management
- Reduce recurring incidents through proactive analysis and optimization
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux and Shell Scripting
- Experience with Databases (Oracle SQL PL/SQL)
- Understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Platforms
- Experience with Autosys (scheduling tools)
- Knowledge of Middleware (MQ Tomcat)
- Exposure to Cloud computing environments
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI Tableau)
