We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help drive revenue expand strategic relationships and support the successful execution of our hard goods programs. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven B2B environment and is motivated by performance-based compensation and long-term growth opportunities.

Position Summary

The Account Manager Hard Goods is responsible for growing revenue within existing accounts and developing new business opportunities across the firearm archery and outdoor accessories markets. This role owns key customer relationships works closely with decorating partners and collaborates internally to ensure product availability successful trials and on-time delivery. The position carries clear sales and growth expectations balanced with strategic account management and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

  • Own and grow revenue within assigned hard goods accounts through proactive relationship management product expansion and new program development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective customers in the firearm archery and outdoor accessories industries.
  • Partner with the VP Sales Hard Goods to execute sales strategies hit growth targets and expand market presence.

Account Management & Coordination

  • Manage customer purchase orders in coordination with the accounting team to ensure accurate order entry and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts providing a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
  • Support product launches line extensions and ongoing account initiatives.
