Job summary
In this job of Executive Director Sales you will own the strategic growth of our German business. You will drive highlevel business development build strong customer relationships and set new standards in salesalways with a clear focus on our digital platform Xvantage.
With clear goals and a strong vision you anticipate opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth.
What will you do
- Take full sales responsibility for Germany and lead the strategic business development agenda.
- Lead a team of seven Heads of Sales and together with our 180member sales organization identify new growth opportunities accelerate business performance and celebrate success.
- Champion a strategic proactive sales approach and develop a scalable sales structure.
- Collaborate closely and confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

- Experience: Experience in Enterprise and SMB sales or platform salesideally in cloud software or IT.
- Network: You know the German IT landscape have strong experience engaging partners system integrators and customers and move confidently at Clevel.
- Willingness to Travel: You enjoy meeting customers and attending industry events.
- Languages: You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English ensuring effective collaboration with both customers and international teams.
