Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Support strategic leadership for large-scale EdTech and education system reform programs across multiple states
- Act as a key point of communication for philanthropic funders academic institutions and internal teams
- Ensure alignment between program objectives funder expectations state priorities and organisational strategy
- Support governance and review meetings with partners and senior stakeholders
Program Governance Delivery & Accountability
- Establish and manage governance rhythms including weekly reviews and cross-functional coordination
- Maintain program health through milestone tracking dashboards and risk management frameworks
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and support smooth program execution
Strategic Planning & System Alignment
- Contribute to long-term program roadmap including readiness planning and scale pathways
- Align program strategies with national and state education priorities including ICT policies and digital pedagogy
- Support institutionalisation of programs within government systems
Insights Reporting & Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with data and implementation teams to interpret program insights and performance
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead development and quality assurance of reports presentations dashboards and MoU deliverables
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in strategic partnerships program execution or development sector roles
- Experience working with foundations CSR teams governments or large NGOs
- Strong communication stakeholder management and execution skills
- Ability to work across strategy and on-ground delivery
- Passion for education equity and technology-led transformation
