Job Summary
Caesars Entertainments internal creative agency The Source is seeking a skilled and creatively driven Video Editor to join our post-production team in Las Vegas this role you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director ACD and cross-functional creatives to craft compelling high-quality content across multiple Caesars brands. This position is ideal for an editor who is not only technically strong but also brings a point of view someone who cares about pacing storytelling music and the emotional impact of the final piece. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple projects and is excited to contribute ideas that elevate the work beyond the brief.
The Ideal Candidate is more than someone who executes edits you bring ideas. You care about the craft the details and how a piece feels when its done. Youre collaborative adaptable and always looking for ways to make the work better.
Responsibilities
Edit video content across a variety of formats including broadcast digital and social
Collaborate with creative leads to shape edits and refine storytelling
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Interpret scripts and briefs while adding creative input
Contribute to music selection pacing and tone
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Execute revisions efficiently
Maintain organized project files and workflows
Share ideas and best practices
Stay current with emerging tools and technologies
Qualifications
3 years of professional video editing experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud
A portfolio demonstrating storytelling and creative range
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED):
Agency or brand experience
Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects)
Interest in AI-assisted workflows
