Job Summary
- Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
- Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
- Handle mails couriers etc. and deliver accordingly
- Manage meeting room booking
- Manage company taxi cards and parking services
- Manage stationery for the office
- Check and verify bills expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
- Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4th student who could join full-time (6 months from Monday to Friday)
- Can submit recommendation letter
- Good ability of English communication
- Strong customer focus
- Capable of MS office software: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
