About the role
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager the Technical Account Executive plays a key role in delivering an outstanding experience forInformitcustomers. You will act as a trusted point of contact supporting onboarding renewals technical issues and training to help customers maximise the value ofInformitproducts.
Thisrole blendscustomer success technical support and account managementensuring seamless access toInformitsdigital resources. You will collaborate with internal teamsincluding Sales Product Marketing and Financeto support customer retentionidentifyproduct improvement opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Support customer onboarding renewals and subscription management
Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting
Deliver training and guidance onInformitproducts and search functionality
Analyse customer usage data to improve engagement and retention
Contribute to customer education resources including knowledge base articles
Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions in the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams on product improvements sales initiatives and operational processes

About You
You are a proactive customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed. You combine technical troubleshooting with strong customerengagement andcommunicate confidently with internal teams and external clients from diverse backgrounds.
You areorganised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks whilemaintaininghigh service standards.
Key attributes and experience:
Customer service or customer success experience ideally inlibrary publishing or education sectors
Knowledge oflibrary and information services(highly regarded)
Experience supportingdigital products or enterprise platforms
Strongtroubleshooting problem-solving and CRM/database skills
Excellentorganisational administrative and prioritisation abilities
Proactive mindset with the ability toidentifyimprovements and contribute ideas
Comfortable working bothindependently and collaboratively
