Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Security Engineer Data Plane Security (DLP / DRM Operations)

Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Perform day-to-day monitoring of DLP alerts and policy violations.
Execute standard containment or remediation actions per approved procedures.
Process data security-related service requests (e.g. policy adjustments access updates).
Incident Handling
Investigate DLP-triggered alerts and document findings.
Escalate complex data protection incidents to Lead Engineer.
Maintain detailed ticket updates and closure documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
Update runbooks and knowledge articles as required.
Provide data inputs for service reporting.
Support audit evidence collection activities.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Microsoft data security training preferred.
Experience in structured enterprise operations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good years of exp on enterprise security operations experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Purview DLP (alert monitoring and basic policy updates)
DRM tools (e.g. Seclore or equivalent)
Strong investigation and documentation skills.
Experience working within ITSM and SLA-driven environments.
