Our client a leading Energy organization seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Manager Business Development - Commercial
The position of Manager Business Development- Commercial will report to Head of Business Development and will be responsible for our commercial expansion plans. This role involves identifying developing and nurturing relationships with commercial partners clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential clients building the sales pipeline and forecasting and reporting revenue growth.
- Delivering intro sales pitches to new clients developing client-specific proposals contract and pricing negotiation. Winning renewals and upsells with account management team
- Collaborate with the relevant departments to develop effective sales collateral campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Manage entire Customer relationship management cycle including but not limited to commercial terms and agreements and commercial negotiations with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present budget proposals sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to the supervisor providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed of the technical market and regulatory developments in the renewable energy / Wind industry and communicate key trends risks and potential impacts to respective stakeholders and cover the risk mitigation action in relevant contract documents.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial business development a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry and a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of renewable products systems and industry trends.
- A resourceful self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
