Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a permanent inpatient position in Colebrook NH.
This role involves evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic neurological and complex medical conditions that impact strength mobility endurance and functional independence. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans and use therapeutic interventions to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree minimum (Masters preferred)
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist License REQUIRED
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Ability to evaluate orthopedic neurological and medically complex patients
- Strong patient care planning and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver therapeutic exercises and modalities effectively
