Technical Recruiter
Aversan Inc.() is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.
We are currently seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates who meet the qualifications for various technical positions within the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for screening applicants building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates researching potential talent sources posting job openings and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Identify source and recruit qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles including (but not limited to) Embedded and Safety/Mission-critical systems.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to: Understand technical requirements role scope and project context and develop tailored sourcing and screening strategies.
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess: Technical foundation and role relevance and Professional experience communication skills and cultural alignment.
- Build and actively manage pipelines of qualified technical candidates using: LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter Professional networks user groups and technical communities and Boolean searches and targeted webbased sourcing strategies
- Create post and maintain job postings across: LinkedIn job boards and company career pages and niche technical or engineering recruitment platforms where applicable.
- Maintain accurate complete and uptodate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Perform additional talent acquisition or HRrelated duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- A degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting technical roles ORan educational background in an engineering discipline such as: Electrical/Computer/Software/Systems Engineering Embedded Systems or related field
- Proven ability to source technical talent using: LinkedIn and professional networking platforms Boolean search techniques and Webbased sourcing referrals and community engagement.
- Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage requisitions candidates and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail especially when evaluating technical profiles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- Ability to make logical evidencebased recommendations to hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including professional interaction with engineers managers and candidates.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruitment experience in: Electronics aerospace defense automotive or highreliability industries and safetycritical or regulated environments (e.g. ISO AS9100 IEC DO178 DO254)
- Familiarity with embedded software firmware hardware development life cycles
- Experience recruiting in geographically distributed or remote environments.
- Exposure to technical screening methodologies or collaboration with technical interview panels.
